A very well maintained apartment building! I called and then toured with Linda whom is the manager in training I believe.. ... she was very pleasant from the first phone call to the end of our tour. Shes knowledgeable and upbeat. She answered everything to the T as needed. Pending my job relocation I actually ended up not being able to rent with Stadium. If I had to pick out of the 5 complexes I toured it would be Stadium Apartments. The staff knew what's shes doing and made me feel welcome as if I was already home! The location provides easy access to the Tacoma waterfront and the I 5 freeway, all of which makes living here very convenient. The building is well maintained, and clean. The staff is very professional. Kassandra, Ashley, and Stacey in the office are top notch and are always available to assist with questions, problems or directions. Stadium Apartments has been so enjoyable to live at. Everything is modern, new, dog friendly, and in walking distance of ... everything (grocery, bars, Wright's park, etc.). The security is excellent; key fobs for everything. Gym is a bit small but perfect for apartment living. The studio feels more like a one bedroom, and when I feel like I need more space, I can just go up to the roof top community room and enjoy the fireplace, TV, and take in the scenery of the water, mountain, and buildings in the area. First, the apartment is located in a great neighborhood. You can handle most of your day today activities without needing ... to drive. It is like a small town but you have easy access to Greater Tacoma and the I-5 corridor. I find the Apartments themselves well designed and thought out. The building affords a variety of city and water views. Many with both. Amenities are excellent and well maintained. The age group is eclipict. From early 20's to young retired.
